About Us Surplus Furniture Services is owned by Bob Luce, who has over 22 years experience in the office furniture industry. Bob entered the field in 1982 as a sales rep for a major systems furniture manufacturer.  During the first part of his career, Bob gained experience selling new systems furniture and refurbishing used systems furniture.  Additionally, he was part of the Steelcase Revest program for three years. For the past 10 years Bob has worked independently, buying and selling systems furniture, casegoods and seating on a national level.
